Terms and Conditions

1.?Installation Fee: The installation fee covers the modem and the installer's service fee only.

2.?Fiber Wiring: The cost of the fiber optic cable is not included in the initial installation fee.

3.?Ownership/Exclusivity: Other telecommunications companies or local internet providers are not permitted to take or use JIEMAK equipment.

4.?Modem Warranty: There is a one-month warranty on the modem. If the modem breaks after the warranty period has expired, a replacement fee of 900 Pesos will apply.

5.?Reconnection: A reconnection fee of 300 Pesos will be charged to restore service. Additionally, any remaining balance from previous usage must be settled before reconnection.

6.?Contract Period: There is a one-year lock-in contract. Discontinuing or cutting the internet service before the year ends is not allowed.

7.?Payments: Always ask for an official receipt before or upon making a payment to serve as proof that your account is paid.
